Welcome to the new series! Here, we will explore HOFSTEDE'S CULTURAL DIMENSIONS.
Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions Theory, developed by Geert Hofstede, is a framework used to understand the differences in culture across countries.
Hofstede’s initial five key dimensions include Power Distance, Individualism vs Collectivism, Masculinity vs Femininity, Uncertainty avoidance, and Short vs. Long-term Orientation. Later, researchers added Indulgence vs Restraint to this list.
In this series, we are going to spend one episode on each dimension (6 episodes in total), with each dimensions PACKED with real life examples and stories. It's going to be fun!
