Originally a web novel published on the user-generated content site Shōsetsuka ni Narō in 2014, it was subsequently re-published in 2015 by Futabasha. Synopsis: The diary belongs to a girl with a terminal illness in her pancreas. Shiga Haruki happens to find a diary in a hospital one day. Yamauchi Sakura explains that he is the only person apart from her family that knows about her condition. Despite their completely opposite personalities, he decides to be with her during her last few months.
