Claude Code mods explained with no talking: watch a mod hold a risky rm -rf, show what it would delete, and let you Proceed or Cancel, and see the register.js code that makes it happen.
A mod is a plugin with code that Claude Code runs on events, like each tool call. A hook can let the event go on with next(e), change it, or answer it itself, so a command can be stopped before it ever runs.
