PS5SX2 - A port of PCSX2 for your PlayStation 5

Your #PS2 library is finding a new home on #PS5! The open-source project #PS5SX2 has reached a major milestone: players can now insert compatible PS2 DVD game discs into a jailbroken PS5 and play them through a native port of the #PCSX2 emulator. Developed by Swordpdf, PS5SX2 runs directly on the console instead of streaming games from a PC. It supports upscaled graphics, widescreen and 60 FPS patches, RetroAchievements, and more. There are important limitations: a jailbroken PS5 is required, and the disc-reading feature does not support PS2 games originally released on CDs. Compatibility also varies by game and console firmware. Link to the official GitHub page in the comments. Would you bring your PS2 collection back to life on PS5?
