Seigura Seminar: Summer Special Lesson - SUB ENG

“Seigura Seminar: Learning the Basics of the Industry – Summer Special Lesson” was held on 09/21/2026 at the Zendentsu Labor Hall in Tokyo as the second installment of the Seigura Seminar event series from Seiyu Grand Prix. The project gives young voice actors an opportunity to learn about the voice-acting industry through talks, activities, and performance-based lessons. The event featured Nao Ojika, Sakura Sakakura, Kona Tsukine, and Yuzuki Watase, with Moe Toyota serving as the MC and “teacher.” The four performers appeared in self-coordinated summer school-uniform outfits and took part in activities centered on the theme of studying and experiencing the world of professional voice acting. The program included talk segments and a voice drama, allowing the cast to show both their personalities and acting skills. Originally planned with both afternoon and evening sessions, the evening performance was canceled due to the impact of Typhoon No. 25, while the afternoon session proceeded as scheduled from 2:00 PM. The voice drama featured the four performers as school club managers competing in a fictional “Manager Grand Prix,” leading to a playful comedy-style performance filled with character interactions, jokes, and improvisational exchanges. A simultaneous online stream was also offered for the afternoon session.
