Levi is forced to flee to Italy while carrying Cillian's child, the price of Margaret Ashford's cold ultimatum. Back in New York, Cillian is imprisoned and pushed into a fake engagement, but he never stops searching. In a quiet southern town, Levi meets Ric, a tender yet dangerous mafia heir willing to accept him and his baby. As lies unravel, love grows real-- and when the truth breaks, will they still have time to say I love you?
