Synopsis: Soon-tae, who dreams of establishing his own restaurant chain, suddenly finds himself among the candidates for mafia boss. Although he puts forward Kang-pyo—the former leader's grandson and a tango enthusiast—to dodge this responsibility, they both share the same goal: to intentionally lose the election! The tragi-comic struggle of this duo, racing to lose so they can pursue their own dreams, turns into a whirlwind of chaos and laughter when Pan-ho—a troublesome figure no one wants around—also throws his hat in the ring.
