Valerie Taylor: From Shark Hunter to Protector

Valerie Taylor went from hunting sharks to protecting them. In the 1950s, she and Ron Taylor won spearfishing contests before turning to shark research. Their footage, including work for Jaws, challenged the monster myth, while their lobbying helped Australia protect great white sharks.
