سورة الفلق دعاءٌ عظيم باللجوء إلى الله والاعتصام به من الشرور الظاهرة والخفية؛ من شر المخلوقات، ومن ظلمة الليل، ومن السحر والحسد. معاني الكلمات: الفلق: الصبح، وقيل: الخلق؛ والمقصود هنا الصبح. غاسق: الليل إذا أظلم. وقب: دخل بظلامه واشتد. النفاثات في العقد: الساحرات اللاتي ينفثن في العقد بقصد السحر. حاسد: من يتمنى زوال النعمة عن غيره. حسد: تمني زوال النعمة عن المحسود. تفسير مختصر: تعلّمنا السورة أن نلجأ إلى رب الفلق ونستعيذ به من أنواع الشرور، سواء كانت مما نراه أو مما لا نراه. ونخص بالذكر شر ظلمة الليل، وشر السحر، وشر الحسد؛ لأن الله سبحانه هو القادر وحده على دفع الضر وحماية عباده. تدبر: حين تخاف من شرٍّ تراه أو لا تراه، لا تبحث عن القوة بعيدًا… قل: ﴿قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ﴾، واستودع أمرك لمن بيده كل شيء.
