π DIY Corn Husk Dragonfly β Full Process from Husk to Art!
In this video, I show you the entire process of turning dried corn husk into a beautiful handmade dragonfly β completely from scratch!
β¨ Process I followed:
π½ Collected corn husk straight from the corn
π§ Soaked it in hot water for 30 minutes to soften it
βοΈ Dried it naturally under the sun
π¨ Shaped and crafted it into a detailed dragonfly
This is a great example of turning natural, everyday waste into beautiful art β no fancy materials needed, just corn husk, water, sunlight, and patience!
π§ Paper Clip Hack for Display:
Once my dragonfly was ready, I didn't stop there! I took a regular paper clip and straightened it out into a simple wire. I then attached my corn husk dragonfly to this wire β turning it into a stand that lets the dragonfly perch beautifully.
π‘ Two Ways to Display:
1οΈβ£ Centerpiece Decor β I placed the wired dragonfly into a decorative base to create a stunning centerpiece for my table.
2οΈβ£ Garden Display β I also placed the dragonfly among my real plants in the garden, where it blended in so naturally, it almost looked real!
From raw corn husk to a finished dragonfly to a full home decor piece β this video covers the entire creative journey using materials you already have at home.
