When a tiny flying magician named Mosqui arrives at Urara School, her mischievous magic leaves Chacha’s friends poisoned and slowly turning to stone. With only an hour to save them, Chacha must chase down Mosqui and retrieve her magical spear. Along the way, unlikely feelings blossom as Ossu starts to fall head-over-heels, teaching everyone that sometimes love matters more than fame.
