This cutscene/animation/cinematics is taken from the new Version 2.7 update "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn", specifically from the Trailblaze Mission story. This quest is titled "A Misfortune of Survivors" and the last part of the story shows something happening inside the Herta Space Station. It turns out that the real Herta herself a.k.a. The Herta has finally decided to show herself.
