Steptoe and Son " Live Now PAYE Later"

The Inland Revenue (The British Tax collectors in 1970s UK), has caught up with Albert. (PAYE stands for "Pay as you Earn" regarding taxes for the "self-employed", but you actually HAVE to pay them!). Having NEVER paid any taxes, fear grips the old boy... it turns out, the "Tax office" has noticed his "wife" hasn't claimed her pension...trouble is, Albert hasn't told them she's been dead for around forty years, either..! However, that gives Albert an idea!!!
