The movie tells the story of two lovers who have to wait for years to be reunited. Murat meets Gül in a small town hotel where he stays on his way back from hunting. Gül is the beautiful daughter of the hotel owner. In the morning he realizes that he cannot live without her. He asks Gül to marry him. Their next meeting will be for an engagement.
