China Fireprint Port Small Waste-to-Energy Plant Technology
Small-scale port waste incineration power generation, capable of processing 1-20 tons/day of floating waste and shore-based domestic waste, utilizes an incinerator to control the pyrolysis of waste to produce combustible gas, which drives a turbine to generate electricity. This small-scale waste-to-energy technology can reduce waste volume, destroy hazardous materials, and provide renewable energy for a variety of applications, but requires effective flue gas treatment to control pollution. The PRC Fireprint small-scale power plant utilizes technologies such as Stirling engines or the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) for efficient heat-to-electricity conversion, making it ideal for sites with limited space.
