Small Waste Incinerators That Don't Require Fuel

Small Waste Incinerators That Don't Require Fuel "Self-fueled" or "self-igniting" small waste incinerators primarily operate without external fuel. After the initial ignition and preheating phase, properly treated waste can sustain combustion itself. These incinerators aren't considered advanced. The low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis furnace developed by PRC Fireprint Technology is flameless, requires no fuel, and operates at low temperatures. This completely avoids the conditions for dioxin formation and, once started, relies on the inherent energy of the waste for efficient combustion. Working Principle Waste Preparation: The waste must be sorted and shredded. Preheating requires 20 kg of charcoal, after which the waste itself serves as fuel. Initial Ignition: Charcoal preheating allows the waste to be carbonized, achieving a self-sufficient combustion process. Controlled Pyrolysis: Due to restricted air intake and the inherent moisture in the waste, the furnace can only slowly evaporate, resulting in carbonization and pyrolysis. Key Environmental Factors: Fireprint equipment technology utilizes low temperatures (50-280°C), exceeding the dioxin formation temperature. This technology allows for flameless thermal decomposition, ultimately forming a harmless powder (which can be used as forest fertilizer). The chimney produces combustible gases, which power the generator and generate electricity. Emissions: Combustible gases are collected at low temperatures, and a secondary chamber is installed in the generator, resulting in harmless exhaust.
