THE WATER MAGICIAN | EP. 5 Episode 5: "The Great Tidal Bore" Chaos breaks out when goblins, including archers and generals, suddenly flood out from the dungeon’s fifth level. The guild calls on all adventurers to defend the town, bringing together veterans, new fighters, and even civilians. Led by Abel and Phelps, they fight hard and finally defeat three goblin generals and the Goblin King, saving the city. At the same time, Ryou stays away from the battle and goes to the library, where he meets Sera, the elf, again. They grow closer while talking, though Ryou hides his true interests by saying he is only studying alchemy to build a golem. The episode ends with the reveal of a strange black door deep in the dungeon, hinting at greater dangers to come.
