Beauty & the Beast is a very famous traditional folktale. The most well known version of Beauty & the Beast was written by Madame Jean Marie Le Prince de Beaumont and this version has been played as an Opera and was filmed for many times. Beauty & the Beast is a romantic-fantasy story about a girl who is a captive of a Beast instead of her father. In the end, she falls in love with the Beast, and the Beast is finally released from the curse. This story represents that true love is from inner-mind not from an appearance.
