Climate change is the catalyst for a wide range of emotions. Fear of not knowing what’s going to happen next. Anger at the unjust destruction of the planet that every one of us relies on at the benefit of a select few. Despair of losing the beauty and awe of the natural world. These emotions are important, they motivate us to fight for change, but spiraling into a cycle of negative thought has led me to forget my love of the natural world that I’m fighting for. A World Without Rain is a love letter to the natural world, a bittersweet reminder to myself and others to appreciate the natural world while we still are able to.
