Welcome to Barnacle Bill's, a mini golf course with an ice cream bar and an arcade out in the garage! Just up the street from Seaside Heights in the small town of Ortley Beach, this staple of the Jersey Shore has been kicking since the early Sixties and managed to survive Superstorm Sandy back in 2012. The arcade is small, but it's one of the few places in the area that you can throw skeeball, play pinball, and win some prizes as well.
