Shuvro Reza starts an internship at a digital agency in Dhaka, filled with hope that this opportunity will bring him closer to the ‘finish line’ he has been striving for since school, college, and university. However, he soon realizes that this is just the beginning of a challenging journey, with many obstacles standing between him and becoming a permanent member of the chaotic world of AgenZ. On his first day, he meets a diverse group of unique colleagues. He learns the basics of office life and is chosen by Shafayat, a key account director, to join his team, which includes Zerin, Arpan, Saif, and Nafis. Slowly, Shuvro adapts to his new workplace but struggles to balance his professional and personal life. His girlfriend, Raisa, starts to drift away because of the pressure from his work. Despite this, Shuvro continues to prioritize his job, as that is what he has been brought up to do. Along the way, he encounters clients who prefer clichéd ideas over creative ones, demanding actors on set, and other eccentric personalities who add new perspectives to his life. As he matures in his role, Shuvro is given the responsibility to oversee the post-production of a campaign for a health drink called Chokolicky. However, things go awry when he loses the hard drive containing the project files. Facing the possibility of losing his job, Shuvro also receives an ultimatum from Raisa
