Also, if you expect to travel to Japan, here's some tips that I learned along the way: :::PLACES TO AVOID::: -Akihabara in Tokyo and Den Den Town in Osaka: Sure, you will have the best selection of products available, but at what prices?! Generally, I have seen games been AT LEAST double or triple at Akihabara, whatever the store. Also, Den Den town, the Osaka respond to Akihabara, is FAR MORE expensive than I expected. I think they considerably raised up the price due to high tourism. Bought absolutely nothing there but i've seen some good prices on figures. -Super Potato: Really neat to see, but still too expensive for my taste. But the place is SO AWESOME!!! Go to look, not to buy. :::Places I recommend::: -Furuhon Ichiba Shinkoiwa/Tokyo Got here by pure luck because it was next to my Airbnb, and I didn't regret going there! The selection is small, but the prices are really good and the staff really kind. Bought my FF6 there, complete, for 2000 yen only and also a complete Donkey Konga kit for 500 yens!!!!!! There's also a lot of action figures at a cheap price. Check it out! -Mandarake Galaxy at Nakano Broadway/Tokyo I will say it straight: Nakano Broadway is not for the faint of heart. The alleys are narrow AF, and the ridiculous amount of stock and stores pile one to another can be REALLY confusing. But I'm telling you: IF YOU'RE INTO COLLECTING FIGURES OR GAMES, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR THE BEST PRICES! Bought most of my games at the Mandarake Galaxy there, TAXES FREE FOR TOURISTS!! This includes an original Famicom(untested) for 980 yens and a surprise bag of 10 PS3 games for 1000 yens (and the games were MUCH BETTER than expected!!!!).
