[Genshin Impact] Underground Cave Bug at Vissudha Mountain

I was stuck trying to figure out how to remove the water. Then, i tried the other path (the one via the domain). Im using my Ganyu to deal with the enemies guarding the treasure chest but for some unknown reason, her arrows weren't hitting anything. However, melee attacks were connecting. I thought it just some lag or whatever. I tried to LOLI (log out log in) again but still same. What the hell is going on?! I stroll upward and to my surprise, the area i was fighting was underwater. It slipped the game tester's nose? To continue with the sidequest "Stone Pillar Seal", you need to unseal all 16 binded ruin-variant machines (& of course destroy them) throughout Sumeru. Once completed, there will be an achievement that will prompt as a sign & also Paimon will say something (the start of "Legends of the Stone Lock" world quest). Then, go back to the underground with water pool still on it & you will see 4 aranara on standby. Challenge the Perpertual Mechanical Array again per Aranara to get the other chest in this order: Aradashan, Arayuta, Arasata & Arasaha And this is the response from the CS whom contracted by Hoyoverse: "We understand your concern but we can assure you that it's not a bug. It is intended to be that way. In this situation, please kindly use other melee characters first or unlock the 16 tablets and complete the quest [Legends of the Stone Lock] to enable the usage of range character in that cave. We hope that this information clarifies your concern." Not a bug? It's pretty obvious but whatever.
