Across 110th Street (1972)
Across 110th Street is a 1972 American neo-noir action thriller film directed by Barry Shear. The movie is set in Harlem, New York, and takes its name from 110th Street, the traditional dividing line between Harlem.
Plot
The film follows two New York City police officers, Lt. Pope and Capt. Mattelli, as they race against the mob to catch three black hoods who, disguised as cops, stole $300,000 from a Mafia-controlled numbers bank in Harlem. The mob wants their money back and seeks revenge.

The movie was released on December 19, 1972, and features a soundtrack by Bobby Womack and J.J. Johnson, with the iconic title track “Across 110th Street” performed by Bobby Womack.
