I've been interested in Harajuku street fashion ever since I was a little kid, and a visit to Tokyo gave me the perfect opportunity to ask some Harajuku-ites about the district and it's fashion. Though this just barely skims the surface of the complete history, I hope you still enjoyed it, and perhaps it peaked your interest to go learn about street fashion even more!
Sorry if I look dead in the videos, reading off the script and trying to look "camera-ready" turned out to be hard for me lol.
