Pay April to June Quarterly Rates Government Rent

MVO: This quarter's demand notes for rates and Government rent have been posted. The rates concession has already been reflected, but there is no concession for Government rent. Be sure to pay by April 30, or you'll have to pay a surcharge. The demand note also shows the rateable value after the general revaluation. Any objections must be submitted in writing by the end of May. If you haven't received the demand note, please call the Rating and Valuation Department's enquiry hotline on 2152 0111.
