I finally called Tudor Service Centre today 10th March 2023. Spoke to Daniel Stephen’s he was the complete opposite of a Customer Services person! Definitely in the wrong profession! Anyway even after explaining over and over that I’m just calling so this doesn’t keep happening to others watches and at best the person who had my watch last was spoken to and had their work checked he refused to do anything! He was not happy that I had retouched the damage myself and that I was a YouTuber!! Yea I have just over subscribed that definitively doesn’t make me a professional YouTuber 😂😂😂😂
