Expensive does not equal good. Actually thanks to my Lebanese, Egyptian and Syrian friends I've tried some Middle Eastern cuisine and I really love it. It isn't spicy persay but definitely savory. The spices are really good. Nazafarin didn't lie. There's of course Schawarma and Gyros which are pretty much the same thing but is spiced slightly differently depending on who's making it. Falafel is great finger food. I really love Za'atar too so there's Manousheh which I found was called "Middle Eastern pizza?" No. But it's really good in its own right. And of course there's your standard pita bread which you can dip into some cheesy labneh or tzatziki though I think I prefer labneh to tzatziki. What I've found is the Middle East likes sour and savory which I definitely appreciate too. Unlike yesterday with the French stuff I find I never have to add any more flavor to what I'm served. Every morsel is bursting with it though I'm not sure it'd be anything like those three Sumerans experienced today. I have no idea what kind of food Yanxiao had us serve them. Yeah if you hadn't noticed this event is pretty much filler and therefore my comments are going to be filler lol. See you next episode!
