This is a really decent movie to watch... it's filmed sometimes in an arty way, starts slow paced and picks up with good momentum, has an interesting storyline and the acting is good from the entire cast.

I know there are alot of negative reviews, but from what I've seen, it's because they didn't like the ending. Or because things weren't spelt out for them a plate.
At the end of the movie, it is not 100% clear what's happened, but you have enough information to figure it out. In fact, it is spelt out for you in once scene, if you pay attention.

So please ignore the negative reviews. You will like this movie, if you want question human behaviour. This is not a disaster action movie, which is why I think some people were unhappy. It is literally, a drama first and thriller second.
This movie really makes you "think" ALOT about us as humans. I was surprised, because I wasn't expecting that from this movie. But essentially, there are a lot of messages, we could take away and question.
For example, the young girl in the movie is actually highly intelligent and picks up on things grown adults didn't. We forget, kids that age start to become ALOT sharper than us middle aged folk. But yet, we sometimes don't take them seriously. During an apocalypse, maybe we should be smarter and have better awareness of the sharper minds around us.
Definitely give this movie a go, it a slow burn. But it will not leave you on a high, when this movie ends.
