Synopsis
Sayen is hunting down the men who murdered her
grandmother. Using her training and knowledge
of nature, she is able to turn the tables on them,
learning of a conspiracy from a corporation that
threatens her people's ancestral lands.

It's very tempting for europeans and north
americans to idialize "exotic" cultures. I'm chilean,
like most chilean, I'm from mixed spanish and
native heritage. But our culture is not native. It has
native elements that survive in day to day meals,
names, etc. But is mostly spanish (language,
clothing, education, religion, etc.) There is now a
very serious conflict in the region of the country
depicted in the movie. Most of it due to narco/
ethninc/extreme left bands. What started as
legitimate politcal movements 30 years ago, to
obtain political and social improvments for their
people, has transform into mostly crimminal
assocition involved in drugs, arms trafficking
and also kidnapping and murder. Most mapuche
