Gorou Amemiya, a country-side gynecologist and passionate devotee of Ai, is astounded when the pregnant idol unexpectedly arrives at his hospital seeking a safe delivery. Unbeknownst to him, his encounter with a mysterious figure results in his untimely demise – or so he assumes. When he reawakens, he finds himself nestled in the arms of his beloved idol, having been reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino – her newborn baby boy! In this altered state, Gorou is confronted with the harsh and thorny reality of show business, where raw talent does not necessarily lead to success.
