Fox Searchlight (1996, with 1953 Fanfare)

Fox Searchlight replaces it's fanfare with the Alfred Newman 1953 fanfare. And in this video, I pointed to an animation mistake that 20th Century Fox or Flip Your Lid did with the Searchlight on the left (0:07). And I still wanna know who created the 1996 FSP logo; was it Flip Your Lid, or was it 20th Century Fox, or who??? I need to know.
