Mr. Bean - S04 Episode 16 - Scout Bean

The episode starts with Mr. Bean putting his blanket, his pillow case, and his tablecloth in his laundry bag. Bean then puts the laundry bag in the trunk of his Mini just as he leaves for the laundromat. Meanwhile, Irma's scoutmaster is putting the camping equipment in their van just as Bean overtakes the Reliant and parks his Mini. The Reliant swerves and hits the van, causing it to move and crushing the scoutmaster's foot, injuring him. The Reliant then drives off just as Irma shows Bean the damaged van. Irma and her scoutmaster tell Bean that he can be the substitute scoutmaster which Bean declines. But Irma's scoutmaster gives Bean his yellow ribbon because he's too injured to work; Bean decides to be the substitute. Irma's scoutmaster stays with the van just as Bean opens his Mini for the three children. Bean tells the children to put the camping gear in his Mini. Then he tells the kids to help the elderly lady walk the street which they don't understand. So Bean, annoyed, does it himself while he stops Bill Durr so the elderly lady can pass. Irma rewards Bean with a badge for helping the elderly lady cross the street; though the elderly lady crosses the street again to return to the other side. Bean then ties the camping gear on the roof of his Mini. Irma then rewards Bean with a second badge for tying the rope. The two children then show Bean the third child is stuck in the back of his Mini.
