Nine don'ts on Bilibili (1) Do not publish content that endangers national security or contains pornographic, vulgar, violent, bloody, or gambling information, etc.; (2) Do not publish content that propagates cults; (3) Do not publish content that disturbs social order or content that misleads public opinions; (4) Do not publish content that contains personal attacks, insults, or slanders; (5) Do not publish content that is intended to maliciously cause controversies, incite antagonism, or spread hatred; (6) Do not publish content that harms the physical and mental health of minors; (7) Do not publish content that infringes Internet copyright or other intellectual property rights or rights and interests of other users; (8) Do not publish other content prohibited by local laws and regulations; (9) Do not maliciously evade video review rules when uploading videos. As the case may be, Bilibili will reduce recommendations of, return, or remove the videos uploaded by violators. Bilibili will suspend the accounts with serious violations and may report it to relevant legal authorities to safeguard the communal harmony and security.
