LGR 214: Flip Flop Force Feedback Controller

This is a custom control circuit for bistable solenoids or any other loads that take DC current with alternating polarity. The light guns of Namco's Razing Storm and Time Crisis 5 used bistable rotary solenoids. This can be used as a substitute of my previous signal generator (episode 118) for normal, linear solenoids: 11:19 explains more details. Big thanks to Wallmachine for his splendid video footage and photos! Update August 25 2021: I was able to test a generic Chinese 10 VDC 3 A PSU. It handled fast trigger pulls in single shot mode without any issues. It doesn't turn warm and the feedback triggers fine. I will continue to use my setup without the logic protection, but viewers should consider the tri-state inverter & AND solution.
