Serving drinks to thirsty customers is a decent day job, but when you reincarnate into a machine that does nothing but, life can get a little strange – especially when you can vend anything from your previous life! VAP announced today that an anime adaptation of Hiruhima's light novel Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon series is in the works!Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon, which is written by Hiruhima with illustrations by Ituwa Kato, began publication on the Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel site in March 2016, with Kadokawa Shoten releasing physical volumes in Japan. Yen Press publishes both the original novels and the manga adaptation in English. Yen Press describes the story as such:
After dying in a traffic accident, I find myself standing near an unfamiliar lake. My body won't move, I can't hear my voice, and when I try to shout in confusion, words that I never expected come out!
"Get one free with a winner."
I-it seems I've turned into a vending machine...! I can only do what actual vending machines can. It's impossible to move by myself, and there's no way for me to have any meaningful conversation-how am I going to survive some fantasy world's dungeon like this?!
There's no word yet on when the Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon anime will be released or its staff and cast.
