Mr. Bean's electricity is turned off when Mrs. Wicket sees her high electricity bill. But then he has an idea to build a wind turbine. Later, Mrs. Wicket saw that there are no more spare plug sockets, so she plugs the appliance to the plug socket from Bean's wind turbine without permission to save some money on her own electricity bill. However, the news report said that the wind is extremely strong and causes the wind turbine to spin very fast, causing everything to get overloaded with too much electricity. Mrs. Wicket then realised that her hair had burned and Bean called an ambulance. He then steals Mrs. Wicket's key just when she is getting aboard the ambulance, and he finally turns the electricity back on.
