Fox Mobile Entertainment was created by News Corporation in 2005 to provide content from Fox (Disney) films such as "Family Guy", "Ice Age", and others; it was also responsible for creating American Idol's text-message voting system as well, and the company was based in Berlin, Germany.
In 2010, News Corporation sold the company to "Jesta Group" (Investment Firm), and was renamed "Jesta Digital".
Jesta Group would sell Jesta Digital to "freenet Cityline GmBH" (freenet AB) near Christmas 2013, and was renamed currently "freenet digital GmBH".
