You've probably heard the phrase "Think before you speak," but how many of us can really do that? Is there a reason why the person you are close to has similar thought processes as you? Who are we now and why did we become what we are? Would you like to know how you can change yourself for the better? What is the source of our thoughts and how do they affect us? These types of questions have probably crossed your mind at some point, and all the answers are related to our thoughts in some way or another.
