In elementary school, members of the same swimming club Nanase Haruka, Tachibana Makoto, Hazuki Nagisa, and Matsuoka Rin, who were transferred to the same school and club as the first three, won the relay championship in the competition before graduating from elementary school. Breaking the record at the time, each parted ways after leaving unforgettable memories. As time goes by, Haruka Nanase, a member whose high school life has become bleak, suddenly meets Rin Matsuoka, his former comrade-in-arms. Haruka challenges Rin while being nostalgic, but Rin wins.
