Rein Garland is an Enchanter specializing in enhancement magic. One day, he is suddenly expelled from his guild. Rather than despair, he reclaims the vast amount of bonus points he once bestowed upon the guild members’ gear and sets out on a new path as an adventurer.
Those who gather around him are all scarred by the past: a genius adventurer who lost her entire party, a warrior who had his family taken from him, and an assassin raised to kill. Yet Rein never denies their past or wounds, welcoming them with unwavering optimism.
In this extraordinary fantasy world where magic coexists with modern technologies, the more people rely on technology, the weaker their magic becomes. As intelligent monsters run rampant and outlaw scheme in the shadows, these outcasts fight with nothing but their magic and convictions.
This is the story of those who lost their place in the world and found a new way to live. Rein and his companions’ wild, carefree second life begins!
