Zhong Yun is a small-time streamer who lives with her new roommate, Ji Cang. Due to her job, Zhong Yun frequently disturbs the peace, and Ji Cang can't stand it anymore. Though living under the same roof, they are constantly at odds. Unexpectedly, they accidentally swap souls. A series of funny and chaotic events follow, and through these incidents, they come to understand each other's feelings and decide to be together. However, before their souls can switch back, Ji Cang dies while in Zhong Yun's ailing body. The whole world mourns the quirky female streamer, but the real Zhong Yun remains trapped in Ji Cang's healthy body, privately mourning the truly deceased Ji Cang. She is confined not only by Ji Cang's body but also by his love. From then on, she becomes him, flowing with his blood, beating with his heart, and honoring his soul.
