The Homicide Unit is attempting to identify and locate the suspect depicted in the following video as part of an ongoing investigation into the shooting death of a 44 year old Black male which occurred on the highway in the area of 30th & Page Street on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 1:54 A.M. THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA IS OFFERING A REWARD OF $20,000 LEADING TO AN ARREST AND CONVICTION FOR EVERY HOMICIDE. Suspect Description: Black male, mid to late 40 years-of-age, medium complexion, average build, bald, and full beard. He was last seen in the area of 31st & Norris Street and may frequent the area of 22nd & Lehigh Avenue. If you see this suspect do not approach, contact 911 immediately.
