Romeo, a ruffian, starts working for Shivraj, a drug lord, and they end up falling for the same girl, Chanda. Soon, a fight between the two ensues to win her over.
The film follows Romeo Rajkumar, a ruffian whose life changes when he falls for Chanda, a drug baron's niece. Rajkumar then starts working for the rival drug baron Shivraj and eventually learns Shivraj wants to marry Chanda against her will.
