FVO: Fire! Fire! MVO: Stay calm! Assess your surroundings and your physical condition before escaping. If you decide to leave, bring along the three useful items: your door keys, mobile phone, and a wet towel. FVO: The staircase is filled with smoke! MVO: Use another staircase. If there's no safe exit, return to your unit, seal all door gaps, and call 999. Remember to always keep smoke stop doors closed, and familiarise yourself with the escape routes.
