Typhoon Noruda (Dub)

As the cultural festival at a junior high school in a remote Okinawan town of Naha looms, Typhoon No. 8 gradually inches closer. Amidst the approaching storm, a peculiar girl adorned with a curious pendant suddenly appears, taking Shuuichi Azuma by surprise. Azuma finds himself in a brawl with his best friend, Kenta Saijou, after announcing his decision to quit the baseball team. At this juncture, Azuma spots the same girl perched atop an electrical tower as lightning strikes, plunging the school into darkness and causing her to fall. Dismayed by the prospect of being in the same room as Saijou, Azuma resolves to brave the growing tempest to rescue the enigmatic girl who has captivated his attention.
