Lincoln kills a Company operative and is arrested. Mahone finds out that his son has been killed by Mathewson. Sucre and Bellick are revealed to have escaped Sona, which was burnt. Bagwell has also escaped and has plans to return to the U.S. to investigate Whistler's book.
