It tells the story of Luffy being photographed flying to Ruscana Island to learn domineering during the years of losing Ace forever and being separated from his companions. Characters like Silvers Rayleigh, Boa Hancock, Bucky, Perona, and more will also be featured. In addition, there will be a new enemy - Byrnndi World, who has the Devil Fruit.
