Monkey D. Luffy and his crew have finally arrived at Gran Tesoro, a ship carrying the world's largest casino. The Straw Hats found a chance to hit the jackpot, and they were all drawn to the boat. In the casino, the Straw Hats quickly found themselves in perfect shape, with seemingly endless luck, and a winning streak all the time. When Gild Tesoro, the city's owner, made a particular bet to them, the crew chose to trust the captain's luck and agreed. However, when they found themselves the victims of a despicable scam, the crew soon realized that something darker was beneath the city's surface.
